Return Policy:

Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase from Hallie's Studio for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact halliesstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is safely returned to us. Hallie's Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchases made with Step Up For Students funds cannot be returned or refunded, but a reasonable repairs or swap may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Repair Policy:

Eligibility: If your product from Hallie's Studio requires repairs within 30 days of delivery, please contact at halliesstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Exceptions:

This return and repair policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
