09/23/2025 6-6:30 5 note scales, Major and Minor Game. 6:30-7 Parts Practice for Arabesque, Honeybee. Sakura Fireflies

09/04/2025 Intervals whole step and half step. Identify on the staff and by ear. What are Sharps and Flats? What is Chromatic?

 

09/18/2025 Whole Step and half steps identify by ear and sight, including sharps and flats. How is a scale built?

 

10/02/2025 What is a major scale? Identifying scales vs arpeggios. Chromatic and Whole Tone Scales.

 

10/09/2025 Identifying scales by ear and by sight. Identifying melodic contour through scales.

11/06/2025 Cracking the code of written music and sound with steps and skips, and finger placement.

 

11/13/2025 Flute Balance and technical facility. Getting the fingers to move fast! Playing basic scales with rhythms.
