Return Policy:
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase from Hallie's Studio for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact halliesstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is safely returned to us. Hallie's Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Purchases made with Step Up For Students funds cannot be returned or refunded, but a reasonable repairs or swap may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Repair Policy:
- Eligibility: If your product from Hallie's Studio requires repairs within 30 days of delivery, please contact at halliesstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item to our repair facility. We will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair is completed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Repair Process: We will assess and repair your item, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality. Repair times may vary, but we strive to complete all repairs within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions:
- This return and repair policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
